This policy explains the statutory warranty that applies to consumer purchases and the process for reporting defects or non-conforming products.
Statutory Warranty
Products sold to consumers by Mueblesofertonrivas are covered by the statutory warranty for consumer goods, in accordance with current Spanish legislation.
The statutory warranty covers lack of conformity under the conditions required by law. This may include manufacturing defects, products that do not conform to the description, products unfit for ordinary use, missing or incorrect parts, or defects present at the time of delivery.
What the warranty does not cover
The statutory warranty does not cover problems caused by:
normal wear and tear from use;
improper use, accidents, negligence or inadequate care;
incorrect assembly or installation carried out by the customer;
failure to follow care or assembly instructions;
unauthorized repairs or modifications;
damage caused after delivery by circumstances not attributable to Mueblesofertonrivas.
Visible damage, defects, missing parts or incorrect item at the time of delivery
Customers must inspect furniture upon delivery. If any visible damage, a defect, missing parts, or an incorrect item is observed, they should contact info@mueblesofertonrivas.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
the order number;
clear photographs of the item and its packaging;
a brief description of the problem.
The request for notification within 48 hours helps to resolve delivery issues quickly. It does not limit the consumer's legal rights regarding hidden defects or non-conforming products.
How to process a warranty claim
To file a claim, please contact info@mueblesofertonrivas.com and include:
the order number;
a description of the defect or lack of conformity;
photographs or videos, if possible;
any additional information reasonably necessary to assess the claim.
If the claim proves to be valid, Mueblesofertonrivas will provide the solution required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund of the amount. In cases where a return is required for a valid claim, Mueblesofertonrivas will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights established by applicable law.
